Now Day 14 (last day) in Self Isolation and isolated separately from my partner in our bedroom whilst he has the living area /his office due to returning from overseas, what started off well, changed for me personally.
I hope the world will be okay, self-isolation in a household with different personalities can be tough at the best of times but now with the Covid-19 crisis upon us, things at home can and will at some point overcome us.
My advice, yes it’s great to keep in touch with worldwide news, family, friends and old acquaintances but ensure you have balance.
Having balance and giving others space outside of your household and within is crucial for each person’s well being even more now. We all are suffering through the same crisis and each have our own personal struggles and right now majority the same so it’s vital to allow yourself to have YOU time, be it meditation, yoga, playing video games or watching television.
A lot of countries are already in full lockdown, my state of NSW began lockdown effective 29th March. I hope the community takes this opportunity to reflect on who they are and how they treat others. Find ways to grow and develop and just maybe the world can be a better place once everyone takes the time to see what is really important. And above all be kind to one another no matter how big or small.
Please stay isolated, stay safe and be well.
Sending lots of strength and love across the globe ❤
