Cosmopolitan

Ingredients serves 20.

• 1 and 1/4 bottle of vodka
• 2 – 3 bottles of cranberry juice
• 3 – 4 fresh limes
• 10 litre pitcher or jug

Squeeze lime in a juicer separately.

Place vodka, cranberry juice in pitcher or jug.

Add lime juice in pitcher and stir.

Chill Cosmopolitan in the fridge til ready to serve.

Pour into chilled or frozen cocktail glasses.
