Meditation

Meditation is something I am trying to master. If you have not attempted to meditate please try as it really helps to alleviate the negative thoughts and feelings in the body. It is a great way to begin your day with a positive frame of mind and also fall asleep peacefully.

My day starts and ends with meditation music from YouTube, there are so many beautiful meditations to choose from.

The following are my meditation movements together with my rose quartz, amethyst, citrine and selenite crystals –

  • I lie down on my bed with the aim to remove all unwanted thoughts gathered
  • Close my eyes and feel relaxed
  • Imagine all the negativity and impurities leaving my body.
  • I feel the energy from my head through each chakra releasing out from my feet
  • Beautiful light of energy surrounds me and I suddenly have a feeling of happiness. Now is that not a great way to start and end your day.
